By accessing or using the App or the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses, staff, and administrators.

To use the App or the Site, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to represent a registered business. Customers using the Website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a User of the Website and shall not transact on or use the Website.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries.

• The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account and login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under the account.
• You agree to notify Webgyor immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• Webgyor is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to secure your credentials.

Webgyor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for internal business purposes only.

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the App.
• You must not use the App for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
• Any use of the App outside the intended business purpose violates these Terms.

• Subscription plans, pricing, and payment terms are specified within the App, the Site, or store listings at the time of purchase.
• Visa, MasterCard, or American Express debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, unless cancelled by you in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.
• Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and https://bizta.app policies and rules.
• Failure to renew your subscription, or a failed recurring charge, may result in loss of access to certain features or data.

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

The email confirmation will include the transaction reference, the amount charged (in your card currency), the date of the transaction, and the plan or service purchased. Please retain this email for your records.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of a successful payment, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at info@webgyor.ae with the date and approximate amount of the transaction so we can investigate.

a) One-time orders and services

Customers can cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Cancellation requests made after this 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

b) Recurring subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings, or by contacting us at info@webgyor.ae.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the paid features until then.
• No partial or pro-rated refund is issued for the remainder of the current billing period.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
• Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the most recent renewal charge are eligible for a full refund of that charge, returned to the original payment method.

c) How to request a cancellation

Log in to your account and use the "Cancel subscription" option in your billing settings, or email info@webgyor.ae from the email address associated with your account, including your account name and reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Eligible for a refund

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a one-time purchase (see the Cancellation Policy).
• Cancellations of a recurring subscription made within 24 hours of the most recent renewal charge.
• Duplicate charges caused by a payment gateway or technical error, once verified by us.
• Any refund required by applicable law.

Not eligible for a refund

• Cancellations of one-time purchases made after the 24-hour window.
• The remaining unused portion of a recurring subscription that is cancelled mid-period.
• Fees or charges levied by your card issuer, bank, or payment provider (foreign exchange, cross-border, or currency-conversion fees).
• Add-ons, integrations, or professional-service fees expressly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email info@webgyor.ae from the address associated with your account, including the transaction reference, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason for the request. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and initiate eligible refunds within 5 business days.

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all uploaded business records, while Webgyor retains the right to process and store such data for operational, compliance, and improvement purposes.

• All App content, design, and code are the property of Webgyor Group LLC.
• Bizta, its logo, and related marks are protected trademarks.
• You may not reproduce or use Webgyor's branding without written consent.

The App may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud storage, or analytics tools. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Webgyor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent subscription period.

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Webgyor makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Webgyor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse App resources. Upon termination, access to your account and stored data may be permanently disabled.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and these Terms are governed by the local laws of the UAE.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Webgyor may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect upon posting on our official website or App. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
